개인정보 처리방침

1. 수집하는 개인정보

회사는 앱을 통해 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입과 로그인 기능이 없으며, 회사는 앱을 위한 서버를 운영하지 않고 앱도 네트워크에 접속하지 않습니다.

앱 구매와 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 이루어지며, 이 과정의 정보 처리는 각 스토어의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 회사는 구매자의 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

2. 기기 안에서 처리하는 정보

• 이용자가 그린 그림이나 고른 사진은 친구 그림을 오려 내기 위해 기기 안에서만 처리합니다. 원본 사진은 보관하지 않습니다.
• 오려 낸 친구 그림과 게임 설정만 기기에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 기기 백업 대상에서 제외됩니다.
• 기기에 저장된 정보는 회사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
• 앱은 얼굴 인식 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 카메라와 사진 접근 권한

이용자가 사진 찍기나 사진 고르기를 선택할 때에만 운영체제가 카메라 또는 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 허용한 권한은 기기의 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

회사는 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고 SDK와 분석 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

5. 보관 기간과 파기

친구 그림과 게임 설정은 이용자가 친구를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 지워집니다. 회사가 별도로 보관하는 정보는 없습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 3~6세 아이와 보호자를 위한 게임입니다. 회사는 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 대한민국 법령상 만 14세 미만 아동과 미국 아동 온라인 개인정보 보호법(COPPA)상 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

보호자 설정, 친구 삭제, 외부 링크는 산수 문제로 된 보호자 확인을 통과해야 열립니다. 아이의 앱 이용과 관련해 궁금한 점이 있으면 보호자는 아래 이메일로 문의할 수 있습니다.

7. 이용자와 보호자의 권리

이용자와 보호자는 앱에서 친구를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제해 기기에 저장된 정보를 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자의 정보를 보유하지 않으며, 개인정보와 관련한 문의는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다.

9. 처리방침의 변경

처리방침을 변경하는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information through the App. The App has no accounts or sign-in, we run no server for it, and the App does not access the network.

The App is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and that process is covered by each store's privacy policy. We do not receive any payment information.

2. Information processed on the device

• Drawings and photos chosen by the user are processed only on the device to cut out the friend picture. The original photo is not kept.
• Only the resulting friend images and local game settings are stored on the device. They are excluded from device backups.
• Nothing stored on the device is transmitted to Aidnow or to any third party.
• The App does not use face recognition.

3. Camera and photo access

The operating system asks for camera or photo library access only when the user chooses to take or pick a photo. You can change these permissions at any time in the device settings.

4. Sharing and processors

Because we collect no personal information, we do not share it with or entrust it to any third party. The App contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics tools.

5. Retention and deletion

Friend images and game settings are removed from the device when the user deletes a friend or uninstalls the App. We keep no copies.

6. Children's privacy

The App is a game for children aged 3 to 6 and their parents. Because we collect no personal information, we do not collect personal information from children under 14 (Korea) or under 13 (COPPA, United States).

Parent settings, friend deletion and external links are behind a parental gate (an arithmetic question). Parents with any questions about their child's use of the App can contact us at the email below.

7. Your choices

Users and parents can erase the data on the device at any time by deleting a friend or uninstalling the App. We hold no user data, and privacy questions can be sent to our privacy officer by email.
