이용약관
제1조 목적
이 약관은 에이드나우(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Tiny Crew(타이니 크루, 이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 회사와 이용자의 권리 및 의무를 정합니다.
제2조 앱의 내용
앱은 만 3~6세 아이와 보호자가 그림이나 사진으로 친구 캐릭터를 만들어 함께 모험하는 게임이며, iOS와 Android에서 제공합니다.
제3조 구매와 요금
앱은 Apple App Store와 Google Play에서 유료로 내려받는 앱입니다. 구매 후 앱 안에서 추가 결제를 요구하지 않으며, 광고와 구독도 없습니다.
제4조 환불
앱 결제는 각 스토어를 통해 이루어지므로 환불은 Apple App Store와 Google Play의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불 신청은 앱을 구매한 스토어에서 할 수 있습니다.
제5조 이용자의 데이터
이용자가 만든 친구 그림과 게임 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 기기 백업 대상에서 제외됩니다. 회사는 이 데이터를 전송받거나 보관하지 않으므로 앱 삭제, 기기 분실, 기기 초기화로 지워진 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.
제6조 보호자 확인
보호자 설정, 친구 삭제, 외부 링크는 산수 문제로 된 보호자 확인을 거쳐야 이용할 수 있습니다. 보호자는 아이의 앱 이용을 지도해 주시기 바랍니다.
제7조 금지 행위
이용자는 앱을 역설계, 변조, 재배포하거나 회사의 동의 없이 상업적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
제8조 지식재산권
앱과 앱에 포함된 캐릭터, 그림, 소리 등에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 이용자가 직접 그린 그림에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
제9조 책임의 제한
회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 천재지변, 기기 고장 등 회사의 귀책사유가 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제10조 약관의 변경
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경하는 경우 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
제11조 준거법과 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using Tiny Crew (the "App") provided by Aidnow ("we"), and the rights and obligations of Aidnow and users.
2. The App
The App is a game in which children aged 3 to 6 and their parents make friend characters from drawings or photos and go on adventures with them. It is available on iOS and Android.
3. Purchase and price
The App is a paid download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. After purchase there are no in-app purchases, no ads and no subscriptions.
4. Refunds
Payment is made through the store, so refunds follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please request a refund from the store where you bought the App.
5. Your data
Friend images and game settings you create are stored only on your device and are excluded from device backups. We never receive or keep this data, so we cannot recover data lost by uninstalling the App, losing the device or resetting it.
6. Parental gate
Parent settings, friend deletion and external links are behind a parental gate (an arithmetic question). Parents are asked to supervise their child's use of the App.
7. Prohibited use
You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App, or use it commercially without our consent.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the App and the characters, artwork and sounds it contains belong to Aidnow. Drawings made by users belong to the users who drew them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by events outside our responsibility, such as natural disasters or device failure.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. If we do, we will post the changes and the new effective date on this page.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the App will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
