Frequently asked questions
How do I make a friend?
Draw a picture, take a photo, or pick one from your photo library. The App cuts out the friend from the drawing or photo and turns it into a friend character.
How do I choose the captain?
Tap a friend's star button to make that friend the captain, or to unset it.
How do I delete a friend?
Choose to delete a friend and a parental check (an arithmetic question) appears. The friend is deleted once a parent enters the correct answer.
Where are friend images and photos stored?
Friend images and game settings are stored only on your device. The original photo is not kept, and nothing is sent to Aidnow or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes the stored data.
How do I turn sound on or off?
Sound can be turned on or off in the parents screen, which opens after the parental check (an arithmetic question).
How do I get a refund?
The App is paid through the store, so refunds follow the Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies. Please request a refund from the store where you bought the App.
